Private label, industrial, hobbies, molding, chemical mixing, ProSeal and silicone, super glue, epoxies, and flammable tube fillers orders.Communicate daily with supervisors, production managers, the buyer, customer service, and the VP of manufacturing operations.Monitor production to ensure schedules are met.Assist in guiding production staff when supervisors are absent.Understand the MRP system.Enter manufacturer's work orders and release new changes and cancellations to production.Check shortages and follow up on purchasing deliveries and components as needed.Create new material lists, new part numbers, and issue dummy MOs for management approval.Maintain item master numbers.Support inventory control management (cycle counts, etc.).Assist in resolving production and inventory issues.Collaborate with Shipping and Receiving on Finished Products and Component production issues.Work with Customer Service daily on orders and issues. Collaborate with the customer service and sales department to prioritize customer needs.Follow up with Tacna to ensure necessary raw materials to meet production demand are available on time.Collaborate with the art department on statements made (country of origin), part numbers for reviews, new art, or product informationExperiência y requisitosBachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing plant. Experience: 2 to 3 years as a production planner in a high-volume manufacturing plant. Strong analytical skills. Intermediate-level Excel and Microsoft software such as Word and Outlook. SAP experience preferred 80% proficiency in written and spoken English.
