Optimize inventory levels to achive the inventory turns established as a commitment. Request forecast adjustments that are detected in their references, execute planning processes according to global standards; expedite or delay arrivals of materials according to the demand; track shipments of their open orders and back-orders, and have fidelity of their parameters in the system.MAIN ACTIVITIES:- To place Purchase Order and Internal requisition with suppliers and manufacturing plants o timely manner to ensure stock availability and on time delivery.- Correct planning and analysis of the Purchase Order released to Suppliers to avoid excess inventory and to execute reschedule out orders, reschedule in, and cancellations with supplier according to the demand.- To analyze excess and obsolete inventory to determine causes and take actions with other team members.- Update their past due dates according to the supplier comments in order to keep the end customers posted about their orders.- Coordinate and execute projects related to change of sources and point of manufacture to accomplish a smooth transition.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Advanced English level.- Engineering or Administration degree.- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.- Proficiency in Excel- ERP OracleCome make a World of Difference!Our policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, gender, color, disability, national origin, age, religion, union affiliation, sexual orientation, veteran status, citizenship, gender identity and/or expression, or other status protected by law.
