Planner Material Handling

As a planner you will be responsible for the projects assigned to you and will have to assure all steps in the engineering process are being accomplished on time without any issues.
Key Responsibilities: Review and approve Drawings, Bill of Materials and Planned Purchase orders. Guide the engineering team in decision making and become a problem solver. Facilitates communication among sales, estimating, purchasing and production. Review lead times and feedback the engineering team about any possible risk in projects.Be organized, flexible and make sure that things will happen as planned.Work independently on multiple projects focusing on achieving goals.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or similarExperience in a manufacturing environment requiredMechanical aptitude or technical inclination requiredFully English speakerInventor/AutoCAD/SolidEdge drafting skills is a plusMust be detail-orientedPassionate and committed to the excellence of Martin´s customer serviceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-management with the drive to succeed and achieve goalsIndependent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisionsRecognition and ability to effect change and contribute to the organization's goals• Energetic and positive with a willingness to grow skill set
