Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Experienced on ERP systems to manage demand, materials and schedules (BOM, job routers, Inventory, WIP, etc.) -Evaluate and transform demand into actionable production schedules for projects assigned. -Generate all production schedules for manufactured components and external supply chain. -Understanding of systems in place to manage schedules and inventory (BOM, job routers, WIP, etc) -Understanding of schedules: MPS, MRP -Generate all production schedules for manufactured components -Design MPS for manufactured components as required -Responsible to have job plans printed on time -Responsible to schedule raw material from suppliers to support schedules -Monitor suppliers performance -Expedite materials with suppliers, Materials Planning, Purchasing, and Inspection as required -Elevate materials issues throughout organization -Responsible to release work to the stock room (assemblies and manufactured components) to achieve buffer and On Time Start Metric -Lead MPS adjustments when it can't be supported by the materials schedules -Work with Production Shop Leaders and Supervisors to expedite materials needed from the floor -Monitor performance of the manufacturing floor through dashboards, and reports -Work closely with Production Shop Leaders and Supervisors to provide accurate delivery dates and latest information on work orders to the rest of the Planning organizationExperiência y requisitos- Bachelors or equivalent degree required. -Minimum 3 years' experience as Planner-Buyer on a Manufacturing environment, experience managing projects is a plus. -Excellent organization and communication skills (speak/read/write). -Must be fluent in English and Spanish. -Use of inventory systems, maintenance planning software and variety of a PC based tools is required. -SAP manufacturing system experience is preferred. -Advanced level of Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred.Oferta de empleo confidencialOfrecemos a las empresas la opción de publicar sus ofertas de empleo de manera confidencial, esto es por razones propias de la empresa y en algunos puestos desean mantener la información de forma privada.
