Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.- Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _- Planner Scheduler_- located in _- Guadalajara, North Campus_- ._- Reporting to the Material Manager, Planner Scheduler role involves_- responsible for supporting materials and production functions._- What a typical day looks like:- _ Leads order processing activities for major customer units._- _ Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests._- _ Serves as advanced interface with customer for escalations of order commitments, order expedites, and problem resolution._- _ Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals._- _ Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs. May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs._- _ Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues._- _ Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management._- _ Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability._- _ Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions._- _ Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams._- _ May also support inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling_- The experience we're looking to add to our team:- _ Planner_ Scheduler/Production_ Control or equivalent work experience_- _ Follow-up of the production plan_- _ Production control knowledge_- _ CTB analysis and demand_- _ Basic knowledge with MRP_- _ Excel intermediate /advance_- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_- _ Fluent English_- _ Experience with CFT meeting is also a plus_- What you'll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.- MP100- Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain
