.Planner/Scheduler - 0092LEWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planner/Scheduler to join our dynamic team. As a Master Production Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in optimizing production schedules, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and driving on-time delivery of products. If you are passionate about production planning and possess strong analytical and organizational skills, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and inventory levels.Manage the plant's Master Production Schedule (forecast workload/capacity, suppliers forecast…)Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and logistics, to align production plans with overall business objectives.Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.Anticipate and proactively address potential production constraints or bottlenecks to minimize disruptions and delays.Contribute to the development and implementation of production planning strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage the flow of raw materials and sub-assemblies from suppliers to the workshop, and the flow of the plant's finished goods from the workshop to distribution centers/customers.In charge of Production line (1 to 3) schedules, respecting order milestones, adjusting resources for unforeseen events, and optimizing the WIP.Ensure the update of key parameters of supply and stock management.Plan, schedule, and prioritize the resources to execute Customer Projects in production.Main Activities:Schedules in detail the different tasks of the manufacturing line (Project manager and Project Engineering not in the scope).Apply 'Healthy Production Start' decision.Assign resources to adjust capacity and smooth the load.Balance global workload weekly and allow some changes during the week for order release.Participate in planning and complete the load/capacity excel sheet.In charge of the right load balance and synchronization of heterogeneous product families and different load centres (Eng dept, manufacturing…) with finite capacity.QualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.Proven experience as a production scheduler in a manufacturing or production environment.Proficiency in using advanced planning and scheduling tools and ERP systems.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across different teams.Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment where your expertise will contribute to the success of our operations
