As our Master Planner, in your first year you will tame our explosive growth by overseeing the creation of a new forecasting and planning model enabled by our ongoing conversion to SAP. You will help us implement state of the art AI planning tools and be a high profile central figure in our company. You will use all of your skills and talent to help us transform to a next day demand cycle required by Amazon, Walmart and other leading online retailers. If you are up to challenges and want to work with an amazing and dedicated group of professionals, please send us your resume.The Planner will be responsible for creating work orders, expediting, and following up on production priorities, as wellas creating, managing, and strictly following regular schedules They will work alongside various upper management and internal personnel to create efficient plans for miscellaneous projects and overall work.? Create and manage Production Schedule according to Customer Demand and available capacity for the assigned planned resources.? Level production to achieve the optimal use of both material resources and man-hours.? Analyze purchased parts and sub-assemblies? availability necessary for the release of production orders on time.? Maintain precise dates of completion for manufacturing orders on the ERP system? Manage safety stock levels for assigned products? Monitor manufacturing orders to ensure they will be finish on time? Communicate to Customer Service and escalate with the direct Supervisor and / or Area Manager any impediment that limits or restricts the execution of the production plans.? Prepare and submit status and performance reports? Coordinate daily the required information between production, purchases, sales, shipments, and engineering or any other department.
