- Coordinates and manages the elaboration and execution of the production plan, within the deadlines and delivery times of planning parameters, keeps the planning parameters updated based on the inventory strategy of the Business Unit in ERP.
- Identifies and promotes continuous improvement activities for deviations from the production plan with production support departments. Analyze the continuous flow of materials and the information requested by production and materials.
- Works with mínimal supervision, provides support to I-II-III gliders and expediters. Efficiently manage work orders.
- With extensive experience in managing multiple ERP's and Manufacturing environments (MTS, ATO, MTO).
- Analyzes lists of Raw Materials, Purchased Parts, and Required Equipment in the
- Manufacture of Industrial or Consumer Products.

**What you will do (job duties)**
- Responsible for the parameters of the ERP and AX/MAPICS systems to effectively manage the planning of product requirements, developing detailed scheduling plans for each work center and departments.
- Responsible for coordinating the preparation of customer order requirements to ensure shipment is in the correct quantity and on the agreed date.
- Identify demand variations to establish safety stock strategies (Min-Max, ROP, Kanban)
- Maintains a continuous flow of material and ensures an OTD to the customer above 96%
- Works closely with manufacturing, marketing, and customer service to ensure the highest level of customer service, while maintaining the company's stated goals.
- Plant productivity and efficiency.
- Daily communication with Production Supervisors as needed to agree and adjust inventory or manufacturing plan requirements in support of production constraints and material availability (DAP/MFT Boards).
- Primary contact between the supply chain structure and the manufacturing team to provide feedback related to facility constraints and capacity requirements to meet customer demand.
- Identifies and provides solutions to the information requirements of the ERP system.
- Interacts with Customer Service and Manufacturing by determining resource constraints and developing plans to meet customer needs.
- It facilitates information to the organization's departments with supply constraints with actions to follow up on recovery plans, which may include the need for personnel, tool requirements, equipment validations, dispatch, and restitution of the stable supply of the product.
- Delegates activities to planners I-II-III and expediters as needed to execute and achieve production plans in a timely manner across different shifts of operation.
- Identifies strategies and planning techniques to manage semi-finished products with the highest service levels for assembly areas, while maintaining control of inventory targets.
- Coordinates inventory levels to meet the BU target (WIP, FG, Semi-finished)
- Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

- It requires analytical skills to develop the proper procedures and can use the computer at the programming level.
- Plan deliveries based on production forecasts, market conditions, substitution material and capacity of the production, storage, and handling lines.
- Review bills of materials to see if they comply with the Company's standard practices in terms of the use of parts and materials.
- Requests (prepares or authorizes requisitions) in a timely manner from the Purchasing Department the Raw Material and Purchased Parts Requirements.
- Expedite Purchases that have been delayed or in response to changes in production plans.
- Maintains the Organization's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
**What you will need**
- Career in Administration or Engineering
- 5 years or more experience in the same positions or similar.
- Advanced English
