**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Over 4 years of experience in similar position in Purchasing and Planning.
- Advanced English proficiency
- Knowledge of Materials and Logistics processes
- SAP (desirable)
**Responsibilities**:
- Issue Purchase Orders for raw materials requirements suggested by the MRP System
- Follow-up for suppliers acknowledgment and confirmation for all issued PO's
- Follow-up for all Outstanding PO's to secure the On-Time Delivery
- Raw materials tracking with Suppliers and Carriers
- Provide and maintain the Rolling Forecast for applicable Suppliers
- Maintain the Kanban Systems for applicable suppliers
- Inventory level monitor and management based on organization policies
- Analyse any price increase notification from Supplier
- Negotiate with raw material suppliers any price increase notification
- Submit to Management any price increase for approval in accordance to directions
- Assist Finance to up-date PIR's in preparation of the annual Cost Roll-up at the end FY
- Interact with Sourcing on the phase-in and phase-out of raw materials
- Support Sourcing with Demand projection related to cost reduction initiatives
- Interact with MRO Buyers for the purchasing of required consumables
- Resolve any Purchase Price Variance (PPV) cases as needed
- Escalate to Quality any non-conformance for raw material
- Request from Suppliers all shipment customs documentation
- Support and execution of Supply Chain planning tools
- Planning through ERP and MRP II system releasing and tracking the production orders until completion
- Prepare and up-date production plans based on demand, resources, capacity and raw material availability
- Track and resolve potentials and current shortages affecting production schedules in order to prevent delays on client deliveries
- Monitoring and up-date of key performance indicators such as: On time delivery, schedule attainment and cost attainment.
