Role Purpose: As a Planning Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert support throughout the planning, certification, and invoicing process. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing client relationships and resolving complex queries.Planning assessor assignments based on codes, qualifications, locations, and costs.Analyzing and understanding regular reports (Power BI).Collaborating effectively in a global company environment.Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality support to clients throughout the planning, certification, and invoicing process.Act as a single point of contact for clients, resolving complex queries and issues.Plan assessor assignments based on codes, qualifications, locations, and costs.Analyze and understand regular reports (Power BI).Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a global company environment.Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work culture.Qualifications and Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills.Customer-oriented mindset.Fluency in Spanish and English.Analytical skills.Ability to multitask and stay organized.Experience working in a global company environment.
