As the Planning Analyst, you will be reviewing and analyzing planning data and updating/publishing planning KPI's. Create/prepare reports for leadership review and performance communication to business partners as appropriate.- Provide thought leadership and guidance to Planning team on analytical skills and best practices.- Develop new reporting/analytical tools to support projects and departmental processes as needed.- Ad hoc Supply Chain projects as assigned.- Leverage results to drive actions and provide recommendations.- Create/prepare reports for leadership review and performance communication to business partners.- Communicate directly with other functions, local sales force & management.- Coordinate with customers.- Perform long term planning process and review capacity across the supply chain for both regional and global views.**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study.- 5 years of applicable Supply Chain Planning, Project management and/or SC analytics for manufacturing environment with global operations.- Advanced proficiency with common ERP, reporting, and planning systems and MS Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint.- Proven ability to conduct complex, quantitative and statistical analyses complimented with qualitative inputs from multiple sources to draw conclusions, make recommendations to Supply Chain leadership
