****Purpose**:To provide administrative support to PP&L Team to facilitate component inventory tracking and order management.
**You will be responsible for**:- Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:- Perform purchasing clerical activities, MRO, and other materials (MRP) in the operating system (EOne).- May assist with the opening and management of production orders.- May assist with raw material shipments.- Perform 90 Days process of raw materials and other materials in the operating system (EOne), then follow up with source team for payment process.- Will support Buyer Team with TMEC & COO request to suppliers and then pass the information to Customs Department for the correct impartation of the goods.- Will support all the related activities to maintain a high inventory accuracy.- Execute risk analysis reports as required.- Enable assembly order release schedules in accordance with KTR requirements.- Initiates and monitors Kan-Ban delivery from external component warehouses.- Follows all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area.- Compliance with safety policies and procedures.- Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.- Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Record Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records, and vendor if applicable.- Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities may be assigned
