Save and sustain lives by being responsible for the daily, monthly and annual planning of the production area, as well as ensuring the purchasing and sourcing of materials.

What you will do at Baxter: Schedule production plan for PESA based on demand forecast.Guarantee RM availability to comply with the production plan.Responsible for freight costs for RM to arrive on time to the facility.Manage inventory level for each RM and FG.Strong communication and detailed negotiations with Suppliers: Sterigenics (sterilization) and RM.Manage release and delivery of FG to Fulfillment.Strong communication with Manufacturing and Quality teams to guarantee PvP, delivery and materials management.Lead projects and growth in PESA as Evergreen with all other teams.What you will bring: University professional with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Foreign Trade or related field.Advanced English.Minimum 4 years experience in production planning.Project management experience.Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards.Reasonable Accommodations Baxter is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
