Since its inception in 1987 in Mexicali, Baja California, it has focused on providing comprehensive packaging solutions to the food and beverage industry, designing, producing and distributing quality glass containers on time and at a reasonable price.We are looking for a **Planning & Logistics Specialist **is responsible for the attention to our external customers on the planning and logistics of our products, likewise, manages and follows up on the requirements of the requested product and ensures that it reaches its final destination.**Duties and Responsabilities**- Receipt and review of shipping orders from external customers- Coordinate with external customer the stock and collection of packing material.- Logistics scheduling of transportation personnel- Monitoring of transit loads and physical delivery of the product to the final customer.- Works in conjunction with the production planner for the shipment of finished product.- ERP software management (QAD or similar desirable).- Knowledge of customer portals- Permanent communication with internal and external customers- Permanent communication with customs agencies to follow up on crossings (export and import of material and products).- Knowledge of Customs Law, Foreign Trade, ISOs and C-TPAT standards.- Follow-up of area indicators.**Requirements**:- 3-5 years of experience in field or related.- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administrative, International Bussines or related field- Experience with Foregeing Trade, Planner and Logistcs.- Experience in a manufacturing environment- Experience with Quality systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and FSSC 22000- Knowledge of ERP modules (Manufacturing suite)- Data oriented, analytical and logical thinking with excellent organizational and planning skills.- Strong verbal and written communications skills when interacting with both internal and external customers.- Intermediate-Advanced English.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaExperiência:- Logística: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
