Planning Manager

Sidel is looking for a Field Service Engineer Planner , who will be in charge of scheduling the intervention for our Field Service Engineers. High skills on people, time and conflict management are required. Spanish, French or Italian are a plus. Able to give feedback and create development plans.
Your MissionResponsible for Field Service Engineer´s occupation at the assigned territoryEnsure technicians start the mission with all needed materials and documents for the work assignedEnsure consolidation of workload and the planning of required resources for new equipment and serviceEnsure the planning of Project Support/Global resources for complex deals and critical operationsWhen necessary align or reroute appropriate technicians to accommodate customer emergenciesIdentify missing skill global to sustain operations according to the business planResponsible for workload forecast for new equipment and service in conjunction with Sales and ServiceEnsure feedback to his Manager for process & quality improvement opportunities, risks on availability, critical casesOwn and drive the update of the on planning Sidel tools, such as FSMIf applicable, ensure trainning planning, highlight gaps, drive corrective plansFollow up on their interventions, ensure an occupation rate according to KPI, manage vacations, time off and layover.Your Profile Enhanced English Proficiency: Proficient in advanced English language skills, including both verbal and written communication.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in various administrative tasks and roles.
Possess strong positive leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards shared goals.
Exemplary Organizational Skills: Known for meticulous organization and ability to streamline processes for improved efficiency.
Equipped with in-depth knowledge and experience in effectively managing and resolving conflicts within diverse environments.
