Develop and guide team members in the execution and realization of departmental and site goals, optimizing overall group effectiveness and leading change management practices to ensure effective implementation and integration of process improvement initiatives. Direct report to Global Planning Lead**You will be responsible for**:- Manages the planning and preparation of production schedules for manufacturing through planners and schedulers.- Guarantee Material Requirements Planning according to Master Schedule Plan.- Develops and implements production planning policies, standards, guidelines, technology, and procedures.- Provides a closed loop connection between marketing/sales stated demand, manufacturing capacity/build plans, and the total revenue plan.- Develops, coaches, and guides the team in the execution and realization of departmental and company goals, optimizing overall group effectiveness and business impact- Leads change management practices to ensure effective implementation and integration of process improvement initiatives- Support the implementation of Supply Planning systems, processes, and organization evolution (OMP, SAP) in close collaboration with the business and counterparts.- Participates in new product launch meetings and new product forecasts as a business partner
