.**Summary**:Responsible to monitor activities related Production Planning, actual release of work order to Manufacturing, assure raw material is available before release (clear to build) and smooth the workload within modules and shifts. Coordinate priorities and monitor execution vs priorities to Manufacturing.The Planning Manager is responsible for managing the overall Supply process. This position will be improving processes to achieve target service levels while optimizing inventories at the Distribution Centers. The Planning Manager will also act as the main point of contact for all Sales, Customer Service and Corporate Supply Chain inquiries regarding supply and order status.**Responsibilities**:- Main contact between Network Planning and Manufacturing site to receive monthly and weekly workload. Supply Plan Cycle.- Execute clear to build process and adjust plan accordingly.- Provide priorities in case of conflict of resources for plan execution- Prioritize workload for Manufacturing- Convert workload signal into actual release of Work Order for Manufacturing- Leads the cross-functional consensus supply/demand process for Tijuana site.- Manages the Capacity Planning process.- Manages the global seasonal planning process to create the capacity profiles that enable the seasonal go-to-market process.- Collaborates and build/maintain relationships with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing to gain insight on sales activities, market trends and capacity status to be incorporated in supply planning.- Collaborates with manufacturing to identify misalignment between supply and demand and finds a solution, involving all support areas as needed.- Creates an executable production plan.- Communicates with Sales, Marketing and Corporate Supply Chain about issues that may affect on time delivery to customers.- Measure, Monitor and Drives to maintain production schedule adherence at 95% or more.- Maintains FG stock at the established levels in the Distribution Centers.- Manages the Make to Order Process and consistently delivers product on the requested date.- Has complete ownership of the seasonal forecast calendar, including key seasonal data inputs.- Identify needs and creates tools to improve the productivity of the Planning team.- Plan, execute and release all subassemblies routines to cover Supply Plan received.- Maintain right stock workload for optimal levels on subassemblies.- Manages the Planning team, providing clear objectives, coaching, and support to achieve these objectives.- Leads the Weekly Production planning meetings.- Acts as the main window contact for the manufacturing site with Sales representatives and customers.- Provides continuous feedback to the Demand planning team to keep the priority plan.- Identifies capacity constraints and collaborates with Production, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Maintenance to keep current the demand and supply**Qualifications**:- Professional Degree and Certificate Program
