POSITION OBJECTIVE

To improve our communication with our vendors by reaching the correct people when a topic needs to be escalated.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create a master file that includes all the key information of all ROTAX vendors.
Develop a scalation path for each supplier.
Develop communication strategy depending on each vendor.
Document the scalation path in BRP quality system
