Plant Accountant

**LEGGETT & PLATT AUTOMOTIVE GROUP****Solicita**:Plant Accountant****Descripción y Requisitos**- Performing month-end close activities- Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs- Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc- Conduct audits on financial processes and transactions- Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs- Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor and inventory- Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions- Performing balance sheet reconciliations.- Reconciliations of PPV, material & freight Accounts- Physical Inventory and cycle count leader- Maintain standard costs & analyze changes- SOX compliance- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget to make sure that standard costs for all productions are calculated in line with budget consideration- Analyze and prepare reports periodically for the difference between actual production costs and standard costs**Educational requirements**:- University in Accounting, Finance, Business or related; Professional designation- Experience: - 5+ years of finance and accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)**Knowledge, skills, and abilities**:- Experience leading financial close processes and issuing financial statements- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, demonstrated leadership abilitiesPuesto: Finanzas**Información Adicional**Tipo de contrato: PermanenteSalario: NegociablePais: MEXICOEstado o Region: ChihuahuaCiudad: Ciudad Juarez
