This position will lead the financial activities within the site operations, which includes analyzing financial data and manufacturing variances, generating reports, and any other special requests in order to provide an accurate financial picture of how the business is functioning, per location.
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- **Work Experience**: 2-5 years of related experience within a similar capacity
- **Education**: BS/BA in related field or 4 years of related experience
- **Computer Skills**: Experienced working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- **Organization Skills**: Demonstrated organizational, process and analytical skills; ability to produce accurate and quality work with a fast turn around and a sense of urgency
- **Cross-functional Skills**: Ability to work well cross-functionally; engages and builds effective relationships across the organization; provides professional, timely, and proactive internal and external customer service
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to influence and possess organizational savvy; ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information; ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; strong interpersonal skills
- ** Problem Solving Skills**: Resourcefulness; excellent problem solving skills with the ability to provide easily understood solutions
- **Travel**: Ability to travel
