**Job Details****What will you do?**- Comply with Security & EHS policies and normatives.- Comply with Johnson Controls: JCMS manufacture guidelines.- Be an HPT facilitator and make sure model is implemented according to JCMS's requirement.- Fulfill required local and corporative programs & trainings.- Promote Organizational Health in the work environment.- Participate actively in assigned projects.- Be a part of the Onboarding processes of new hires.- Foster participation in company's personnel recognition programs.- Planning, organization, management and procurement control.- Inventory Management and supervisión of products, tools and rquipment required in by the company.- Market Analysis and delivery conditions in order to determine product's availability in present and future times.- Supplier Evaluation programs development.- High quality products/services supplier selection to ensure organization's satisfaction high standards.- Comply with _Environmental Management System _according to ISO 14001- Comply with Management System ISO 45001- Comply with Management System ISO 50001- Comply with Management System 9001Knowledge and skills.- Industrial Engineering, Bachelor in Administration or related- Minimum 3 year experience in a similar post- Knowledge of management systems- Knowledge of 9001, 50001, ISO 45001 and 14001- Analysis and decisión making.- Experience in SAP- Organized & Coordinated- Advanced English- Microsoft Office: Word y Excel- Customer Service- Sense of urgency and work under pressure.- Teamwork, leadership and Problem solving skills.- Execution plans skills.- Motivation skills.- Communication skills.- Oral & Written communication skills.- Negotiation
