Descripción The main responsibilities are to:
Analyze financial, economic, and operational data for strategic decision-makingImplement company's policy-based procedures for resource and fixed asset managementEnsure compliance with accounting processes and international standardsCoordinate feasibility studies and financial evaluations for new business opportunitiesGuide manufacturing unit managers in resource allocation and managementImplement cost reduction strategiesParticipate in decisions affecting financial sustainabilityPrepare annual budgets and strategic plansControl financial processes and analyze cost variancesGenerate internal and group reportsManage quotations for new business opportunitiesEvaluate product profitability and cost reduction strategiesMonitor project execution and cost deviations. Perfil buscado Bachelor's in Accounting or Administration required, MBA is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global automotive or manufacturing company. Highly analytic, with problem solving abilities. Deep knowledge of accounting principles and tax computations. Previous experience managing a team of at least 5 employees. Fluent in English & Spanish is a must, oral and written.
