Control of access to the bank accounts of the legal entities Monroe Mexico, Tenneco Mexico, Tenneco Automotive Servicios Mexico, Monroe Holding and Tenneco International Manufacturing (TIMSA).

Contact with the bank's account executives.

Contact Corporate Treasurer.

Validation, revision and/or approval of payment processes to suppliers, employees, social security contributions, taxes, etc.
5. Review of accounting records of payment transactions.
6. Review of bank account sweept records.
7. Review of bank reconciliations 8.

9. Review and validation of the Hedge at the end of each month as well as of the accounting records.

Monthly cash flow forecast.
11. Review, control and management of the operations of the legal entity Tenneco Automotive Servicios Mexico ( TASM ) 12.
-Review, control and management of the operations of the legal entity Monroe Holding.
13.
-Review reconciliations of the balance sheet accounts of TASM and Monroe Holding.
14.
-Administration of payroll validation and approval processes for Monroe Mexico, Tenneco Mexico and TASM entities.
15.
-Administration of the proper calculation and payment of payroll related taxes.
16.
-Administration of payroll accounting records.
17.
-Review of balance sheet reconciliations of payroll related accounts.
18.
-Administration of the equipment that manages the electronic invoicing processes (XMLs) of clients, payroll and suppliers and the respective payment complements of legal entities Monroe Mexico, Tenneco Mexico, TASM and Monroe Holding.

Be responsible for identifying and making immediate decisions regarding acts and conditions that impact safety and the environment, reporting them promptly to the Supervisor or EHS department.
Provide the necessary resources for the operation of the Environmental Management Systems.
JOB PROFILE EDUCATION: Accountant or similar.
LANGUAGE: Advanced English.
EXPERIENCE: Experience as Finance Manager at least 5 years.
