Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your extensive financial management and controlling expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, analytical, and collaborative teammates. You'll be instrumental in providing transparent financial information and support, enabling the site management team to make informed decisions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as site managing directors, central management control, and regional controllers), guiding financial matters and interpreting data, and much more.
We'll look to you for:Providing support and performance enablers to the site management team,Assisting the Site Managing Director in all financial matters,Interpreting data and figures for guidance,Serving as an interface between site functions,Monitoring and forecasting the QCD financial indicators of the sites concerned,Setting targets and controlling the environment for cost management within the sites to maximize performance,Controlling and validating the financial data provided by the site functions,Challenging and providing insight for risks or variance analyses,Providing financial support to business management backed by consolidated data and analysis. Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Engineering, with a preference for an advanced degree such as an MBA,A minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing and industrial controlling and reporting,Knowledge of financial management and controlling principles,Proven ability to manage and lead a team,Capacity to develop and oversee financial action plans and implement corrective measures,Resilience and adaptability to monitor and forecast financial indicators effectively,Advanced English language communications skills.
