Plant Controller

**Role & Responsibilities**:- Responsible for month end close and reporting as will be defined, according to the corporate timeline.- Support plant manager with analysis, manufacturing production plans, forecast and projections accuracy.- Responsible for preparing the annual standard cost changes in SAP.- Analyze, understand the manufacturing cost related to the plant and product.- Responsible for CAPEX monthly tracking and CIP controls in partnership with operations.- Responsible for annual Budget and Monthly Forecast for OR and ONCF level.- Maintain internal controls and highly adherence to company policies and procedures.- Work with support Finance Corporate shared service (accounting, tax, Customs, treasury, audit).*****Skills & Strengths**:- Bachelor degree in Finance and/or accounting.- 3+ years' experience in similar position.- Automotive MFG Industry background.- Fully bilingual English-Spanish, German language is a plus.- Cost accounting experience.**Do you have any questions?**Facts about the job**Entry level**:- Management**Part- / Full-time**:- Full Time**Functional area**:- Finance Accounting & Controlling**Department**:BU4 Electronics & Mechatronics**Location**:Juárez, MX**Company**:MAHLE Compresores (MX)Your future at MAHLEAs a team player and someone who thinks ahead, you can deploy all your skills with us.
