You will follow the work plan, maintain operational records, and develop finance staff.YOUR TASKS WILL BE:Annual Budget, work with Operations, and review with them to get Team CommitmentMonthly Forecast review, HFM submission including stats, balance sheet, and all Forecast reportsCash flow managementOperational weekly review, variance to Forecast, assessment for month-end closeEnsure compliance and execution of all financial auditable procedures (SOX/FOA)Expense reports reviewPrepare and review monthly accounts reconciliationAsset's control (PAR's)Internal Control responsible in PlantLead actions to reduce operating costsWeekly financials reviewWork with Operations / Staff meeting participationPrepare activity reports for operations management as requiredTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area.3+ years as Assistant Controller in the automotive industry or maquiladora sectorKnowledge in cost, SOX, and AccountingPersonal ManagementIntermediate English Level#J-18808-Ljbffr
