Plant Controller

**AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY**

**CONTROLLER**

**Key Responsibilities Include**
- Month-end closing process, variance analyses and various reporting packages.
- Prepare Annual Budget & Monthly Forecast for P&L, Balance sheet and Cash Flow
- Corporate accounting compliance according to IFRS
- Financial KPI´s for Plant Performance
- Standard Cost Update
- CapEx and Inventory control
- New Projects review and approval to assure profitability.
- Provide the business and management team with training and guidance on financial implications.
- Responsible of the Finance and accounting team in their functions related to accounting, accounts payables, accounts receivables, treasury, and taxes, as well as communication with Auditors and other external parts

**Job Requirements**
- Gradúate degree level education in accounting or similar
- Job related experience for 5 years
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS/Local GAAP.
- Fluency in English
- Strong Excel skills and ERP system (desirable SAP)
- Analytical with good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Adapts to changing circumstances and takes a positive approach to dealing with change.
- Takes ownership and follows through on decisions and actions.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE: 5 years (required)
- STRONG EXCEL SKILLS: 5 years (required)
- ERP SYSTEM SAP: 3 years (required)
- KNOWLEDGE OF IFRS LOCAL GAAP: 5 years (required)
