Plant Controller

The Plant Controller plays a key leadership role in the 1,000+ employee plant. Partners with the general manager to improve the financial performance of the operation, ensures compliance with regulations / accounting practices, and delivers insightful / accurate analysis to the Corporate accounting team.

- Analyze information and identify areas for improved performance in all areas of the plant
- Build the plant budget
- Make projections and forecasts
- Implement expense controls
- Review general ledger reconciliations
- Lead the month end closing process
- Lead and direct the plant accountant and buyer
