Our Plant Controller plans, controls and proposes actions that will result in financial performance improvements in the short, medium and long-term into the Plant in order to optimize the use of its assets and improve its financial result. Ensure that the reported financial information adheres to the standards and follow the SIG Group policies.
Key responsibilities
Establish, monitor and maintain the internal controls system that protects the company's assets and provides the financial transactions integrity. Control of Operational and financial performance: Manage the operational and financial control performance of the plant through monthly financial reports updated and financial analyzes by manufacturing department, ensuring that the results are known by the responsibles directors/managers. Financial Planning: Plan the medium and long-term financial performance through the management of budget planning processes, aiming at the definition of financial and operational goals that optimize the investor's financial return, in addition prepare the quarterly review (FCST's), with the objective of verifying the adherence between the financial expectation and operational performance with the defined goals. Investment feasibility analysis: Performe feasibility analysis of investments through non-filler Capex, maintaining financial control of the expected x realized, measuring potential savings that support the return on invested capital. Costs: Ensure compliance with the process of monthly financial closing of costs in the plant, guaranteeing accuracy and quality of the reported information in compliance with BRGAAP, statutory and tax legislation. Guide / advise the plant director and manufacturing managers on the financial implications of operational strategies, cost control actions and respective decisions. Personnel Management: To manage the controlling team, applying in partnership with the Human Resources area all policies, programs, techniques and procedures, with the objective of promoting a healthy and productive environment and operational leverage performance of the area / company. You bring these skills, experience & education Higher education: Administration, Economics, Accounting preferably.
