Our site, Albéa Reynosa is specialized in Plastic Tubes manufacturing for Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, Industrial and Food Markets.- **Scope**- This position reports to Plant Manager directly and manages a team of 7people.- Responsible for finance performance of Reynosa site/Tubes product line.**Main activities**- Develop, prepare, analyze and present budgets and current and forecasted results of financial performance. provide internal financial, fiscal and legal compliance with company and country rules, be a business partner to the Plant Manager and provide advice to the management team for decision making, based on solid financial analysis- Develop customer profitability analysis to support decision making process- Drive the costing activities (prepare the price quotations, cost analysis, etc.)- Document and train people on all Key Processes that are supporting each of the main internal control cycle (Stock, Receivables/Payables/Cash)- Ensure rules are followed strictly in the controlled perimeter.- Develop and maintain an effective system of internal control for safeguarding companies assets**Accountability including KPIs**- Guarantee the reliability, accuracy and completeness of the site's financial information.- Guarantee risks and opportunities are presented in an actionable manner to other Departments. Guarantee efficiency of financial/administrative processes (quicker, more accurate, more relevant)- Guarantee the engagement & development of the Finance team**Profile (Experience & qualifications)**:- Experience and education _- Experience in accounting/finance, minimum 3years as Finance Manager/Controller.- Experience of manual and automated accounting systems. Familiar with advanced finance tools in global finance market, also familiar with closing factory.- Graduate with bachelor+ degree with major in finance or accounting.- Knowledge/Technical Skills required _- Knowledge of tax computations and processes- Knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. Good written and oral English skills
