Key Requirements: - BA in Accounting, Finance or Business - Bilingual English/Spanish - Valid Visa and Passport - Minimum 6 years of experience as Controller - Strong Excel ability is preferred - Experience with SAP or ability to demonstrate experience of similar software - Excellent written and verbal communication, high energy, great personality, and dynamic leadership skills are required - Strong management skills; coaching, guiding and encouraging - Strong technical skills, data extraction and reporting - Position requires traveling.
