Plant Controller

A global automotive metal-mechanical company is looking for a Plant Controller for its plant in Saltillo.
RequirementsKnowledge of finance, accounting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles as well as International Financial Reporting Standards.Experience with ERP systems in the past – SAP, ORACLE a plus.Strong accounting skills: Mex GAAP, IFRS.Understanding of important tax updates regarding legal and tax reforms in Mexico and globally.Strong analytical skills for interpretation of financial statements.Ability to report periodically (under pressure of deadlines) to Corporate and Authorities.Familiarity with the Mexican financial situation and IFRS statements.Knowledge of shifting fiscal laws.Networking with external and corporate auditors.Important contacts with Mexican tax and legal authorities, state and local governmental entities, lawyers, appraisers, and insurance companies.
