Plant controller will coordinate and support the daily activities, budget process, and forecast planning, this position will work on process standardization and responsible to drive initiatives that will improve our financial reporting and operations performance.
Major responsibilities: Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly reports for the siteAnalyze variances and communicates explanations to management with recommended actionsPrepare financial budgets and forecastsDevelop, create, and strengthen internal controlsIdentify areas for cost cutting and improvementDrive initiates to improve operation performanceContinuous training and staff developmentPlant controller collaborates with Plant Manager, and management to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations, and lead the development of complex analysis
