TitlePlant ControllerDescriptionThe Plant Controller will coordinate and support the daily activities, budget process, and forecast planning. This position will work on process standardization and is responsible for driving initiatives that will improve our financial reporting and operations performance.Major Responsibilities:Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly reports for the site.Analyze variances and communicate explanations to management with recommended actions.Prepare financial budgets and forecasts.Develop, create, and strengthen internal controls.Identify areas for cost cutting and improvement.Drive initiatives to improve operational performance.Continuous training and staff development.The Plant Controller collaborates with the Plant Manager and management to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations, and lead the development of complex analysis.Required Systems:MS OfficePlex System (desired)Supervision:1 personPosition RequirementsProfile:Accounting, Business Administration, or Engineering degree.More than 7 years of experience.ERP Plex System (desired).Manufacturing industry (preferred).Fluent in English.Education Requirement: Accounting, Business Administration or Engineering degree.Full-Time / Part-Time: Full-TimeShift: FirstLocation: Inteva Products, LLC - Guanajuato OperationsReq Number: FIN-24-00014#J-18808-Ljbffr
