Safety and Quality Standards: Implement and enforce safety procedures throughout the plant. Offer resource to maintain regular inspections to identify risks and implement preventive measures. Guarantee resources to meet quality standards in production processes. Participate in Safety and Quality Awareness with all partners involved.
Cost and Forecast Maintaining: Monthly monitoring of the cost of the plant and maintenance process, ensuring the key indicators of unit costs. Establish the necessary action plans, adjustments and savings plans to try to adjust spending when necessary. Follow up with your reports on the budget of your operations and support in the calculation of the same for the year based on the guidelines of the organizationand manage its approval.
Excellence Manufacturing: Promote on-site implementation efforts of the Advanced Manufacturing initiative, and its components such as one PSS, as well as the Optimization of plant processes in addition to the Continuous Improvement program Facilitate the adoptionofnew technologies and advanced practices that improve manufacturing quality and efficiency. Establish and monitor relevant KPIs toassess operational performance and the effectiveness of improvement initiatives. Articulate a clear and strategic vision for the plant and align goals with those of the organization. Communicate effectively with the team, stakeholders, and superior management regarding progress and challenges in achieving manufacturing excellence
