Finality Within the framework of the budget and legal constraints and in accordance with the SMART Management System, he/she is responsible for implementing the various programmes to allow the unit to meet cost, deadline and quality objectives. Main Missions Purpose Ensure all products are produced to high quality standards with a focus on bottom-line profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day plant operations including staffing, planning, inventory, production, and warehouse operations. By delegation, manage legal and social matters. Essential Job Functions Abilities Problem solving skills and results oriented ability. Broad technical knowledge of product and production methods. Able to lead and direct team to promote cohesiveness and operational effectiveness.
