Overall responsibilities and duties:_**
- The role of the Engineering Changes Coordinator within a plant is to ensure that product changes (new product launches, product phase-out) are considered within procurements and production process through teamwork, continuous improvement, and the development of personnel within the framework of the Faurecia Excellence System (FES)and culture Being Faurecia, besides promoting the environmental care culture._

The main missions of the role are:_**
- _
Update systems related to engineering changes (Materials Master, Bill of Materials, Routings).
_
- _Lead APQP process for Engineering Change implementation._
- _ Maintain relationship with internal and external customers to ensure engineering changes alignment with Faurecia systems and customer systems._
- _ Maintain special relationships with program teams.
_
- _Ensure that changes are considered in production scheduling, material planning, and within physical flows: identify appropriate packaging and introduce changes concerning border production line procurements, stocks and towards suppliers.

- _Coordinate as required with PC&L the material planning to avoid obsolescence in any engineering change._
- _ Manage phase out files: reduce obsolete stocks to minimum levels and reorganize file to obtain reimbursement from the customer._
