Job DescriptionResponsible for the development of preventive maintenance activities for buildings and central equipment to ensure the production and supervision of the activities of the contractor companies.
QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Plant Engineering Technician.Monitoring and operation of central equipment.Supervision and/or execution of preventive maintenance activities for central equipment, preferably in:Atlas Copco air compressors and dryers.GE electrical transformers and main panels.Grundfos water pumps.Carrier Chiller, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units.UPS-Schneider/Eaton power backup units.BOSCH Boiler Units.Dust collection system.Ramps and curtains.Support in the installation of production equipment.Documentation of preventive maintenance for different audit processes.Reconfigure, install, position, and reassemble offices and modular spaces (e.g., furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage containers, lighting, filing cabinets, etc.) to suit user needs and maximize space from the office using various hand, power and specialty tools, carts, and hand trucks.Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks.Control and schedule activities for a team of technicians.Supervision of activities for external technicians.Carry out electrical and mechanical installations for production or building activities.Additional InformationExcellent problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Attitude focused on service.Strong drive on safety procedures.Basic knowledge of Mexican regulations for electrical installations and construction requirements.Teamwork, proactive, sense of urgency, results-oriented.
