**Job based in Torreon, Coahuila. Matamoros I Plant. E-Systems division**

**YOUR TASK WILL BE**
- Ensure compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations and Federal Labor Law.
- Rotation and Absenteeism meetings with the production area, for statistical review and implement different actions.
- Handle Labor Disputes
- Manage staff services: purchase order generation, payment process, and quality service.
- Maintain communication with the Union.
- Document open lawsuits based on compliance guidelines.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Laws, or related area.
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Personal management
- Leadership
- Intermediate English Level
