Recognized for quality and performance, our seat structures (including recliners, tracks, and latches) meet or exceed customers' needs globally.Our teams are surveyed annually to ensure the highest levels of engagement across diversity, equity and inclusion.We know that engaged teams drive innovation and excel in bringing our vision of making every drive better to life.Your task will be:- Manage the Internal Labor Regulations Union Relations- Attention and monitoring of problems, complaints, suggestions, attention and resolution of labor cases with the staff.- Programs to reduce turnover, absenteeism, and delays.- Prepare statistical reports on absenteeism, turnover and Headcount.- Coordinate the preparation and follow-up of personnel movements plant, shift and department transfers- High lows and salary changes.- Coordinate in time and form the services to the personnel.
