Plant HR Generalist - MXAssists, coordinates and administers various aspects of the organization's compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organizational development, and employee relations programs.
Description Responsible for providing quality services to employees, ensuring that they have the basic and safety requirements and services at the plant. Therefore, you must listen and solve needs that arise in the team.
Role Responsibilities and Scope All responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following outline: Execute incidents of administrative staff in order to pay the biweekly payroll in a timely manner.Manage the various human resource plans, policies and procedures for all company employees.Execute the talent attraction process for operational positions.Management of unionized personnel.Carry out the personnel registration process in ERP.Coordinate the training of employees, ensuring that the employee has the necessary tools to perform their job.Carry out the detection of annual training needs.Manage and execute the annual training plan.Ensure compliance with employee feedback, development and career plans.Keep the Workday system updated to ensure information is complete and correct.Administration of Workforce Dimensions for the correct loading of payment incidents.Ensure that food safety practices and any applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained.Communicate any deviation, problem and/or abnormality with the equipment, processes and products.Support in some issues of security, regulations and audits.Requirements and Qualifications Any related career is welcome (Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, etc.).1-3 years of experience in similar positions managing payroll, recruitment process for operational roles and training.Domain of the Microsoft Office package.Experience with Workforce Dimensions or Kronos (preferred).Fluency in advanced professional English (conversational) is a must.Required availability to work at 'centro Logístico Acatlán de Juárez', Jalisco.Competencies Initiative and proactive.Detail oriented.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.Ability to work well in collaborative group settings.Customer focus.Strong sense of urgency.Communication.We offer Direct contracting with Niagara Bottling.Superior benefits.The opportunity to grow in an international company.Benefits https://careers.niagarawater.com/us/en/benefits
