As **HR Manager** **you will be responsible for ensure compliance with the Human Resources objectives required by the company, provide quality services to the client, contribute with strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing talent. Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, be a strategic partner of operations, ensure the implementation of Human Resources initiatives
**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**:
- Promotes proper communication and labor relations between employees.
- Monitors compliance and correct administration of the Internal Work Regulations.
- Monitors and ensures compliance with the Training Program and employee development plans.
- Plans and coordinates the different social and integration events for employees.
- Coordinates and ensures community support activities.
- Coordinates and ensures compliance with labor requirements through strategies for recruiting, selecting, and hiring hourly plant personnel.
- Ensures compliance and submission of required statistics.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:
- Bachelor's degree in business or Industrial Relations or related.
- 5+ years in similar position desirable in Automotive Wiring Harness Industry or in Manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge in LFT, labor union, training, group management, legal requirements and IATF.
- English level Intermediate
