Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-General summaryResponsible of the operation efficiency of the Assembly Plant in terms of environment, health & safety, quality & new product introduction, manufacturing engineering, production schedule attainment, cost control & investment, improvement and competitiveness to support BRP Juarez 3 business plan.Experience and educationUniversity degree in engineering or other relevant fieldsMinimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally in the Automotive industry or equivalent (assembly plants)Have 5 years of experience in a management position with several levels of responsibilityBilingual - English and Spanish and/or French is an asset.Knowledge, skills and certificationsLeadership & communication skills; People Care at heartBe able to work under pressure while meeting deadlinesHave a sense of initiative, show excellent judgment and understanding of the global company businessBe dynamic, independent and skilled at decision-makingBe able to manage a budget, make forecasts and mitigate risksMain tasks and responsibilitiesReporting directly to the Site DirectorCreate a working environment that identifies and reduces Heath, Environment and Safety risks and that prevents accidents for th employees while ensuring legal operation compliance.Ensure overall product Quality in meeting the company standardsPromote and Improve our BRP Management System via People and Governance empowerment and ParticipationEstablish and deliver the production plan to make vehicles available as per our sales needsResponsible for the new product introduction development activities for vehicle assemblyResponsible for the Assembly Manufacturing Engineering and assembly investmentLeaders that develop leaders while promoting teamwork and operational excellence in a fast pace environmentParticipate in establishing budget and resource planning, and then control plant assembly costs to meet financial objectives (overhead, direct labor, capital expenditures, etc
