Our site, Albéa Querétaro is specialized in Laminate Tubes for Oral Care, Hair Care, Cosmetics & Pharmaceutical Markets.
**Scope**
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly executive reports for senior management and support administrative tasks that include but are not limited to travel coordination, meetings, conferences, expense reports, among others, for General Management.
**Main activities**
- Coordination of special events.
- Promoting the philosophy of teamwork.
- Preparation of periodic reports.
- Expense reports.
- Control and management of company cars.
- Capture of daily, weekly and monthly information.
- Organization and assistance in reservations (airplane, hotel, car).
- Assistance to visitors.
- Support to the Human Resources department.
- Support in administrative tasks for Management.
- Control and filing of production reports.
- Assistance in special events organized by the company.
- Active participation in the coordination of Continuous Improvement activities.
- Comply with and enforce the guidelines and policies of safety, hygiene and environment, quality system, good manufacturing practices.
- Active participation in the development of new projects and functions that are assigned, seeking continuous improvement and growth of the company.
**Accountability including KPIs**
Guarantee that the requested reports are prepared correctly in a timely manner.
Guarantee hotel reservation and transportation for visitors.
Guarantee flight purchases in a timely manner.
Guarantee the purchase of supplies for visitors.
Support for plant events.
**Profile (Experience & qualifications)**
Experience and education
- A degree in Business Administration (or related)
- 3 years' experience
- Knowledge/Technical Skills required_
- Fluent English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels.
- Leadership skills_

- Must be diplomatic and have conflict resolution skills.
