We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Personal Assistant to perform administrative duties for senior management at Schneider Electric. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing calendar entries, making travel arrangements, and assisting with other tasks as required.Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day operations of an entity manager's functions, providing a range of tasks to support a smooth operation of industrial management's schedule and Front-End customer visits, communications, and animation.Report to senior management and perform secretarial and administrative duties.Make travel arrangements.Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.Liaise with internal departments, answer calls, and make travel arrangements.Schedule appointments, maintain an events calendar, and send reminders.Copy, scan documents, and take notes.Prepare facilities for scheduled events and arrange refreshments, if required.Order office supplies and replacements, as well as manage mail and courier services.Observe best business practices and etiquette.Source office supplierRequirements:Bachelor's degree+2 years of experienceProficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.English Advanced.We seek out and reward people for being straightforward, open, passionate, effective, and challenging the status quo.
