About the client:German auto parts company, Tier 1. New plant located in Aguascalientes, HC: 50-100 pax.Desired Profile:Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related; Master's Degreeis a plus; Advanced English (Bilingual Spanish-English), German is a plus; 5+ years of experience in metal mechanic plants; 3+ years of experience as Plant Manager or Operations Manager.Main Responsibilities:In charge of the plant's P&L, develop and follow up the business plan; Oversee the plant's functionality and productivity; Manage and leadthe different areas in the plant; Ensure proper communication within the plant and the corporate team; Develop corrective and preventive actions; Coordinate the teams in order to reach the goals.#J-18808-Ljbffr
