About the client:
German auto parts company, Tier 1. New plant located in Aguascalientes, HC: 50-100 pax.
Desired Profile: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related;Master's Degree is a plus;Advanced English (Bilingual Spanish-English), German is a plus;5+ years of experience in metal mechanic plants;3+ years of experience as Plant Manager or Operations Manager.Main Responsibilities: In charge of the plant's P&L, develop and follow up the business plan;Oversee the plant's functionality and productivity;Manage and lead the different areas in the plant;Ensure proper communication within the plant and the corporate team;Develop corrective and preventive actions;Coordinate the teams in order to reach the goals.
