Responsible for operative planning for the PP. Reviews financial and operational performance. Guides and leads the team and all relevant stakeholders to meet and exceed short and long-term goals and expectations.Production: Improves productivity, quality, delivery performance, and manufacturing competitiveness.Ensures continuous improvement of process quality.Site Management: Responsible for all relevant activities to maintain and develop the condition of the site facilities.Leadership and Management: Develops and communicates clear performance expectations to the team.
