REQUIREMENTS

Mechanical Engineering or related

Skill in administration.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing

Plant management with a minimum of 7 years

knowledge in operations, production, finance and strategic planning.
Knowledge in development and strict budget control

Bilingual.
Advance English

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review, evaluation and implementation of corrective measures to achieve the operational and financial objectives of the site.
- Permanent promoter of Continuous Improvement.
- Monitoring and evaluation of the necessary resources for the effective performance of the business.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop talent, effective communication and instill confidence as critical skills.
- Monitoring and implementation of improvements to maintain Business metrics (Security, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Business Performance).
- Monitoring and Implementation of Corporate programs.
- Ensure that government guidelines are met.
- Responsibility to be an example in the use of personal protection equipment, in reporting unsafe conditions and acts, as well as environmental risks.
- Comply with all applicable Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Standards.
