Guarantee the Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery and Cost of the work teams, the legal requirements of the company and the quality and environmental management systems.- Obtain information about the competition and / or other Gates bands manufacturing plants about new technological forms for manufacturing or improve the production of bands, which help to develop strategies and action plans to allow the planned and sustainable growth of the company.- Verify and increase your intellectual capital through training and staff development, establish and agree on the goals and objectives of work with the heads of each area.
